Printing

The simplest procedure will be to click on the "Print" button in your Adobe Reader software which will usually open a dialog box for your printer controls. Click your printer's "Print" button for the quickest output.

You will greatly improve the quality of the photos if you change your printer's settings to "Best Quality." This process varies with make and model of printer, but in Windows usually involves clicking on a button labeled "Printer" and then one labeled "Properties." Once print quality is set to "Best," just click on "Print" and the entire newsletter will be printed at photo quality on one side of your paper and you can then staple it in a corner, or for easier use, staple it over the two staple guides located in the left hand margin of the front page.

While reasonably good results can be achieved with any paper, a 24 pound, bright white inkjet paper such as Hammermill's Ultra or HP's Brite White will improve the quality of the photos (even when printed on a laser printer).

Enjoy!
