To download a selected file, simply click on its name in the list below. Depending on how your browser is set up, MS Word may open automatically and display the file, or you may be prompted to save the file. If Word opens the file, use "Save As" (F12) and use the mouse or keyboard to designate a folder (directory) in which to save the file. If prompted to save the file, designate the desired folder (directory) as above.
Instructions for using each "template" will be found under Handouts on the main class page. The MS Word versions should work on any Windows computer running Word 97 through the latest version. The do not work with Word 6.0 or earlier versions.
Students using MS Word on a Mac may find the Rich Text Format versions work better. Feel free to try both versions and use whichever one looks the best.
Students using Word Perfect or other word processors MAY be able to use the Rich Text Format versions, with some editing, but some trial and error will probably be required and you may have to construct your own templates using guidelines contained in the Handouts section of the main class page.
